16GB iPhone - iPhone Accessories

16GB iPhone is finally here, Apple just updated their official iPhone page to include the picture you see above. For an extra $100 you can get the new version of iPhone with 16GB memory. This is not the second generation iPhone tho, since no other changes except the memory increase were announced.
So starting today iPhone is again available in two versions: the 8GB model for $399 and the new 16GB iPhone released today. This might be a good news for most new iPhone users, since I bet they will all prefer the new model, but since no 3G or GPS were added to this new model I don't think many existing iPhone users will make the change.
We are now wating for a 32GB iPhone or even a 64GB version, completed with 3G and GPS, but I bet it is going to take at least 6 months till a new model will be launched.
What we find strange is the fact they did not mentioned this memory increase two weeks ago at MacWorld. Guess they did not wanted to hurt the sales till the 16GB iPhone was ready for the market.
